| I went to Wegman's yesterday to buy some food. I decided to buy some Turkey Hill lemonade. On the case, it said "Imported from Lancaster County." I smiled. | | |

| Just a quick update as to the happenings in my life lately. --I've been home from college for about a week, but actually I was down in Avalon, NJ with my family this past weekend, so I'm just getting into the swing of things back at home. Lots of unpacking awaits me these next few days. --My brother flipped his Volvo last Thursday .. the day before his 18th birthday. Thankfully he's perfectly fine, but the poor Volvo is beyond help. Yet another chapter in the saga of my brother's life. --I'm leaving next Wednesday to spend a few days in New York City to see my cousin graduate from Juilliard. --Chautauqua is fast approaching .. just 2.5 weeks now!! Can't wait | | |
| The last Wind Ensemble Concert of the year was tonight and it has left me feeling a bit melancholy. I'm going to miss the seniors (and Amanda) so very much next year! But enough moping .. I'm off now to hang out with the brothers tonight and savor the little time I have left with them. KKPsi till I die! Note to self: your camera will now work when you have put the batteries in the wrong way -Sarah | | |
| The tragedy at Virginia Tech has been pretty much consuming the lives of us college kids for the past few days. I am forever grateful that my Kappa Kappa Psi brothers of Eta Beta and my Tau Beta Sigma sisters of Zeta Omicron are safe and sound. However I am deeply saddened by the unfortunate death of my fellow bandmember, Marching Virginian Ryan Clark, and indeed the other 32 people who lost their lives yesterday. May God grant everyone affiliated with the Virginia Tech community strength and courage during these troubling times, and through his everlasting love, may they find peace and hope amidst their sorrow. RIP Ryan Clark | | |
